SHIPPING POLICY

How much is my shipping?

To calculate the shipping charges for an order, follow these easy steps:

1. Add your items to the cart.
2. Click "Checkout" (do not worry, you will not be placing an order).
3. From the next screen you will be able to select your shipping option from a menu on the right side. The page will reload with the updated order total including shipping amount.

UPS Ground Shipping Transit Times UPS Ground Shipping takes 3-5 business days after it leaves our Shipping department.

When will my order ship?

We are committed to making your shopping experience with us quick and pleasant. If your item displays 'In Stock' it will likely ship within 48 working hours of placing your order. Add this time to your selected shipping method to get the total time to receive your order. The carriers do not count weekends as a day in transit.

To speed the delivery of your order, have your order shipped to the credit card billing address as we cannot guarantee transit times for orders shipped to different ship-to / bill-to addresses. In the Continental U.S. we ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight. Military address may only be shipped via the US Postal Service. International orders are shipped via UPS or the Postal Service. FedEx and UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

My order was damaged in transit.

All shipments are insured. First, contact us. You can email us to begin the process.

You'll need to provide your invoice #, tracking #, and description of the damage. The freight carriers will expect you to have the box, packaging and merchandise available for inspection for 7-15 days, depending on the carrier. They will send us the paperwork, and we will take over from there. The average time to settle a damage claim is 30 days from the date of reporting it. When they settle the claim, we will reship new product to you.

My order didn't arrive on time.

Your order will ship by the method of your choice. Note: UPS, FedEx do not guarantee delivery times for ground shipments to any residential address. If you run a business out of your home, it is considered residential. Delivery times are guaranteed only to commercial addresses that are in a "commercial zone". They will provide estimated times of delivery, but they are not guaranteed.

The only guarantee is on Air shipments. If your next day or second day package does not arrive on time, you will need to contact our claims department, and provide them with your invoice #, and tracking #. They will file a service failure with the Carrier, and refund the shipping charges to your account. Please note that claims for service failure must be made within 30 days from the date your merchandise was SHIPPED. This is not from the date received, but from the date the carrier accepted the shipment from us.
